Seriously, how do you just stop releasing maps?! I hadn’t played in 48 hours and when I launched the app I was greeted by an offer. Or a reward. Or something other than the actual game, which is completely fine and normal for any app. Then there was a second pop. Then a 3rd. Mind you, I was skipping everything I could when offered by the pop. Then a fourth. Then a fifth. Then a sixth. THIRTEEN pop offers, rewards, daily specials, etc. and I still wasn’t at the game. I stopped at 13 and deleted the app, so God knows how many more popups I would have had to deal with if I kept going. Keep the popups to 5 or less on launch and I would still be playing. I sent an email to support about the lag time, delayed play and game clocking with almost everything I did. That was over 2 weeks ago! I still have to hear back from them. I got the confirmation email saying they got it. I follow up with another email middle of last week and no confirmation email and no response. It’s a shame since I like the game but support is killing it! Without support your game is only as good as it plays so if there are problems the game is no good. So I do believe I will be quitting now.
