## What is Fishing Kitty?

Fishing Kitty is a cute cat fishing game for Apple Watch. Fish with your kitty at a tiny pond on your wrist, then flip through a pixel-art field guide on your iPhone.

■ Fish on your Watch
• Press and hold, then let go to cast
• Wait while the float nibbles, tap when it sinks!
• Turn the Digital Crown to keep the fish inside the green zone
• New to fishing? A guided first catch shows you each step

■ 175 fish and 40 duck dolls
• Pond, reservoir, shallows and open sea: swipe to change spots
• Morning, day and night each bring different scenery and fish
• From everyday carp to shining mythic fish, the pricier the fish, the harder it fights
• Collect 10 different duck dolls and… something special might happen?!

■ Dress up and upgrade on iPhone
• Your catches fill a page-turning pixel field guide
• Pick rods, floats and 100 clothes, hats, shoes and glasses in the little fishing shop
• Upgrade rods and floats at the workbench for a wider zone and a tougher line
• The outfit you choose shows up on your Watch too

■ Launch event
• Right now everyone can fish for free without limits

■ Privacy
• No accounts, no ads
• To improve the game we send gameplay records (fishing, collection, purchase status, errors) with a random identifier. We never send your name, email, Apple ID or receipts
• iPhone screen recording only happens if you turn it on yourself, and you can turn it off anytime

Fishing happens on Apple Watch. The iPhone app alone can't be used to fish.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-22

Buy and upgrade gear right on your watch!
• Swipe up from the fishing screen for the gear page: buy rods and floats, then hammer them at the anvil
• No more 30-second limit — as long as the line holds, keep reeling. The gauge drains slower outside the zone
• Upgraded rods attract rarer fish more often
• Duck and fish difficulty re-tuned per grade; bigger fish are rarer and worth more
• A gear tip after 3 misses in a row, and a heads-up when a new version is out
• Settings: send feedback, join the Discord, buy the developer a coffee
• Stability improvements

### 1.1 — 2026-10-18

• Meet Fishing Kitty! The game has a new name and a cozy new look
• The open sea is here: collect 175 fish and 40 duck dolls
• Morning, day and night scenes, and every fish moves its own way
• The iPhone app is now a page-turning pixel field guide and a little wooden shop
• Upgrade your rods and floats, and dress up your cat
• A guided first catch for new anglers

### 1.0 — 2026-10-07
