It’s harder to get common cards than Epic. Needs major update. If a mission is to lvl up a location and I’m already maxed I should automatically get the reward. Think that p2w comes into effect but otherwise not too bad. ### 3/5 — Zero skill needed *2024-01-09* Very nice graphics and nice progression functionality but the game needs improvements such as different kinds of retrieving techniques for specific species. Rod and terminal tackle customization for handling different size of fish and depth of water fished in. There is more skill required to catch a pokemon than to land your PB fish. This showed up on my Facebook feed as I clearly subscribed to fishing groups. But this game couldn’t have been made by anyone who fishes. The marketing and design team needs to review other fishing games, this is at most worth a $10 one time price point Pros -graphics -you always can catch a fish every cast -simplicity / one hand control -good selection of fish and lakes Cons -it’s all luck based. You can win or lose or 10k points often -99% of the people you duel are “guest####” -why are fish called lures -there is no customization -the buffs are useless -the season card is unbelievably expensive as is the overall game for what you get -your thumb gets sore. It’s the only mechanic -their Facebook group is frozen because of copyright issues. It really is. Go look. So what did this company steal? Rapala, Bass Master or other fishing games (even on mobile) offer so much more. Boats. Reels. Rods. Lures. Lakes. Fish finders. Avatars. Etc. for under a one time price tag of $30. Why would anyone pay recurring prices of $15 a month. Or buy packages more expensive than that? And really. Why are fish called lures in this game? It’s as if someone who doesn’t even know fishing made this game. Also - if the target market is someone who fishes - why wouldn’t I just spent the $150 a year on real gear? **Developer response:** Hi, first of all, thank you for playing our game and for your continued support. You know what that means? Can’t upgrade fish and xp progress also caps off which makes levelling up real slow. One of the ideas developers use to make customers spend “real money”. I’ve tried contacting them and guess what? No reply. I’ve deleted game and reinstalled it around 12 times like the help column says too but all that happens when I play , I can’t do event because it just keeps searching nor can I play open map because an error just pops up telling me to check my internet. Well guess what Devs you w#%kers? I’m still able play on my other device from the same internet. So I’m calling you out and TELLING you, that you have blocked me from playing because I gave you a bad review. I’ve upgraded every fish but can’t go any higher than level 77, why? Only fish I haven’t caught is Tiger Trout don’t think that is working?
