## What is FisioPostura?

L'app FisioPostura è ideata dalla Dott.ssa in Scienze Motorie e Fisioterapista Diana Perino, per la prevenzione di patologie (cervicalgie, lombalgie, tunnel carpale, epicondiliti, ecc.) che insorgono a causa di posture mantenute per tanto tempo sul luogo di lavoro o per altre posture o atteggiamenti errati che si assumono durante la giornata. La dottoressa attraverso una valutazione e un'anamnesi dettagliata in studio o in modalità on line valuta il/la paziente che potrà, scaricando l'app FisioPostura, svolgere degli esercizi specifici per i problemi rilevati. Gli esercizi di FisioPostura sono diversi per ogni paziente. È direttamente la Dott.ssa Diana che configura il piano di attività personalizzato.
