Excelente app para entrenar desde la casa o gym, sustituye ejercicios si no hay equipo. Lo único que agregaría son los pesos en libras.

La verdad estuve buscando algo que me ayudara a bajar de peso de manera saludable. Me encontré con este equipo y me ha ido muy bien. Se come bien y bajas de peso mientras tonificas y sanas tu relación con la comida.
