I welcome you to Fit Brutal: an APP whose main mission is to transform your mindset and your body in the same place.

Your plan includes:

Training challenges: Unlimited access to all our fitness challenges, which are routines accompanied by me from the beginning to the end, you can do it from home or the gym

Me gusta que se conecta con Apple Watch y puedes monitorear tus calorías, a parte te indica el ejercicio que hiciste, el tiempo que duraste y puedes compartirlo en redes sociales … a demás que te manda recordatorios de entrenamiento y tomar agua… y el plan de alimentación me encanta por qué trae fotos e indicaciones o recetas … la verdad amo la app y me motiva a hacer ejercicio
