Definitely an app to have with you when trying to get in the best shape of your life. Renan took the time to not only come with full workouts but also explain how to properly perform the exercises with a perfect form and right tempo. The quality of the demonstration videos are top notch and the app also includes a nutrition section that helps you with the meal preparation and give you ideas on how to stay consistent.

It’s been an odyssey trying to find an app to follow workouts, nutrition, and inspiration that is not a AI based robot. So far this app has fulfilled all my fitness expectations and I hope this is final push to leave the plateau I have reached after following the workouts from the other apps with less customized workouts and less options.
