## What is Fit Chronos?

Fit Chronos is a simple gym timer: a rest timer between your sets, and adjustable work/rest cycles for HIIT, intervals or stretching. Start your session in one tap, the app counts your sets and tells you when to go again with a sound, a vibration or a flash.

Stop checking your watch between sets: stay focused on what matters, getting better.

TWO WAYS TO TRAIN
• Free sets: activity stopwatch, rest started whenever you want with a countdown, sets counted
• Cycle sets: fixed work and rest durations, automatic switching, cycles counted
• Countdown from 5 seconds to 10 minutes
• Rest duration adjustable on the fly, for the current cycle or the next one

THE GO SIGNAL
• Sound, vibration and flash, each one on or off
• Separate settings for rest and for the stopwatch

YOUR TRACKING
• Every session saved: total time, activity time, rest time
• Session history with charts
• Notes on each session

FREE, WITH A ONE-TIME PREMIUM
• Free version: 5 saved sessions
• Premium: unlimited sessions and custom rest times

BUILT FOR THE GYM
• Dark, readable interface, easy to use even with sweaty hands
• In English and French

Strength training, HIIT, intervals or stretching: Fit Chronos, your training bro.
