In your lessons, there is a preview icon that if you tap takes you to a video explaining how to do the exercise. Except for when you hit play, the screen goes black. I’ve tried it in every lesson and have reinstalled the app to see if that would work. I have contacted customer support and they don’t seem to understand anything I’m saying and their responses are very strange.I’m on the seven day free trial and I totally would keep this except for it doesn’t work properly. ### 1/5 — Deceptive Business Practices *2024-01-01* I would give this application 0 stars if available. I emailed them about wanting to cancel my membership 5 times and they are still charging my credit card.
