Chelsea & Maz have transformed my body and my life. I felt so low for years and I couldn’t lose weight. As soon as Chelsea & Maz started coaching me it just started to make sense! Their Fit Female Project podcast is also amazing and you learn so so much!

FFP is an amazing community that has helped me massively over the last 7 weeks. I’m very grateful I found FFP. 
The support & knowledge Chelsea & Maz give us has helped me achieve some of my personal goals on my own fitness journey. The app is brilliant & has become my go to throughout my day. 
I also love the FFP podcast, so informative & questions are answered that you hadn’t necessarily thought of so super helpful.
