… been lifting for 20 years.  Lifelong athlete.  First time I ever had a legit 6-pack was after I started tracking my macros.  It’s the only thing that works.  It’s a task... but this app made it happen.  Love how painless it is.  Your camera does all the work.  100/10 stars.  I made it to 10.9% body fat!!! I’m tripping out lol
