I have downloaded this app but it does not give an option to sign up. It wants an email and password but I don’t have one for this app.

KD is the real deal, she lays it out in a step by step method to adapt to and work on certain habits that are easy to adapt as your new lifestyle!  She explains the WHY behind each and how it’s going to transform your body!  I’m in the best shape I’ve been in, in a very long time and finally feel like I understand and have control in this area of my life!
