## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.4 — 2026-07-25

Your body and fitness insights now work more closely with Apple Health.

• Weight, body fat, and lean mass now sync directly from Apple Health.
• Import Renpho scale reports to track whole-body and segmental muscle mass.
• Resting energy is now included in Fitness insights.
• Weekly workout averages stay consistent across Health and Workouts.
• Workout routines pre-fill your previous reps and weights.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-06-21

Two fixes for smoother workout logging:

• Exercises now group into a single section per muscle group — the same group (like Arms) no longer splits into separate sections within one workout.
• Starting a routine now pre-fills each exercise with the reps and weight from the last time you did it, so you're not starting from scratch.

### 1.4.2 — 2026-04-30

Sign in with Google is now native to iOS, and removing an exercise from a workout is more deliberate.

What's new:
• Tap Sign in with Google and the familiar iOS Google sheet appears straight away — no in-app browser bounce, fewer taps. Existing accounts (Google, Apple, email) carry over without anything to do.
• Remove an exercise from a workout: tap the exercise to open it, then tap the trash icon top-right. A confirm step prevents accidental deletes — the previous swipe gesture was fighting with the tap to open.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-04-29

A long-overdue visual refresh, plus you can now choose how Personal Records are scored.

What's new:
• Across-the-app design overhaul — calmer, warmer surfaces; a confident monthly calendar; tabular numerals throughout. Workouts, Health, Settings, and the workout composer have all been rebuilt around what actually matters.
• Choose how Personal Records are scored: by Volume (weight × reps, best for muscle growth) or by Max Weight (heaviest single lift, best for strength). Find it in Settings → Language & Units, with citations from the literature so you can pick the metric that matches your training intent.
• Bodyweight records now read like "70 kg (BW + 5 kg × 12)" — total load up front, the breakdown in parens. Pull-ups and dips finally show up properly in the records list.
• New workout composer with bigger inputs, a circular set-progress meter, and a quieter personal-record moment.
• Refreshed Settings stack throughout, with a dedicated Add Exercise page so creating new movements no longer feels cramped.
• Past-workout drawer redesigned to feel like an iOS Mail sheet — easier to scan, easier to dismiss.

Fixes:
• PR detection is now correct for bodyweight exercises and updates instantly when you edit a set down.
• The workout progress bar stays accurate when you switch exercises mid-session.
• The Health tab refreshes when you toggle the PR scoring mode.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-04-27

Introducing Recommended Zones — finally, your numbers come with context.

Every metric on the Health tab now sits inside a science-backed range tailored to your age, sex, and height. Steps, exercise minutes, BMR, body fat, weight and visceral fat each get a clear "where you stand" indicator drawn from WHO physical activity guidelines, the European HUNT3 fitness study, Mifflin–St Jeor BMR estimates, and Gallagher body-fat reference ranges.

For your lifts, every exercise is now graded on the StrengthLevel.com Beginner / Novice / Intermediate / Advanced / Elite scale, scaled to your bodyweight and assigned sex. Tap any exercise to see exactly what you'd need to lift to reach the next level.

Also new in 1.3.0:
• Volume coach on the workout composer nudges you toward the 6-set-per-week sweet spot for muscle growth (Schoenfeld 2017) with day-of-week-aware messages.
• Workouts split into Total Workouts and Workouts per Week with their own line chart and zone bands.
• Profile section in Settings (age, sex, height) powers the personalised zones.
• Visceral Fat now appears on the Health tab when your scale supports it.
• Faster, more reliable Workouts detail page; calendar dates always match your device timezone.
