## What is Fit Horizon?

Fit Horizon tracks the details that change a workout: exercise variations, target muscles, routines, recovery context, records, and progress. Start with a fast set log, then add depth as your training gets more specific.

Log daily activity, scan food barcodes, review trends, save exercise reference images and videos, import routines, share workout images, and use home screen widgets to keep your health routine visible.

Core Fit Horizon records are stored locally on your device. The app does not require an account, does not include ads, and does not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.4.0 — 2026-09-01

What's new in 1.4.0:

• Explore progress graphs from day recaps, exercise stats, measurements, and pinned trends.

• Keep ratings and notes for an exercise separate from reviews of its exact variation, and see everything in All reviews.

• Build routines with interchangeable exercise alternatives, then choose the option that fits when adding a routine to a day.

• Plan workouts up to 14 days ahead and move exercise or nutrition entries between days.

• Track each day faster with clearer completion, reorderable habits, simpler reminders, and net calories.

• Edit, duplicate, and safely delete custom foods and exercises, with clearer exercise imports.

• See update notes, privacy-first error reports that you choose whether to email, and complete anatomy artwork credits.

• Enjoy clearer dropsets, cards, menus, empty states, and icons, plus more reliable backup restores and workout-duration estimates.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-22

Since 1.0.2:

• Added guided onboarding, optional habit reminders, comeback nudges, and private exercise videos.

• Added exercise images and social links, shareable workout images, and routine import from text, CSV, or JSON.

• Improved suggested sets, tracking profiles, calorie estimates, notifications, release reliability, and native exercise-image sharing.

• New in 1.3.0: duplicate or replace exercises in workouts and routines while preserving compatible sets, notes, and settings.

• Search now finds exercises and variation names more reliably; optional variation suggestions speed up common combinations.

• Added side plank crunches and improved calf press, unilateral, and other variation choices.

• Disabled exercises no longer affect muscle summaries, workout notes save reliably, and review prompts wait for meaningful use.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-06-16
