Thank you FitLiving, in the space of 6 months I have completely changed my life. Not only have I lost roughly 18 kgs but I have gained so much knowledge on nutrition and wellbeing. The yoga classes are incredible and they cater to so many abilities. I began the course roughly 8 months post partum from an emergency c-section and with the support of the app/community I was able to transform my body during a crucial moment in my life. I suffered with anxiety and depression after a traumatic birth and I am thankful to say that a year on I am so happy!! Running has done an enormous amount for my mental health. I truly couldn’t run longer than two minutes and now I can run 40 minutes without stopping! Thank you so much Fit Living for recognising that it’s not a one fits all solution and that a custom plan makes a massive difference! I felt heard and I felt so supported!
