App übersichtlich. Größtes Mango, der Trainingsplan zeigt Fortschritte nicht an, hängt sich ab und auf auf und speichert nicht immer die eingetragen Trainingsdaten. Im Trainingsplan werden allerdings sehr gut die Übungen erklärt, noch besser wäre es allerdings wenn die entsprechenden Geräte wie beschrieben auch vorhanden wären. Der virtuelle Trainer ist ganz nett.
Wenn der Trainingsplan funktionieren würde, würde ich der App 4-5 Sterne geben.

Echt traurig, dass es das Entwicklerteam anscheinend überhaupt nicht interessiert was die Nutzer denken. Vor einem Jahr hat ein Nutzer diverse elementaren Dinge bemängelt. Darauf wurde weder reagiert, noch die Probleme abgestellt. So ist die App leider nur für den Studio-CheckIn brauchbar. Im Support Chat gibt es nur eine KI, die einen ausschließlich bei KI Funktionen unterstützen will (welche wären das?). Eine Möglichkeit den Support zu kontaktieren und Probleme zu melden existiert noch nichtmal in Form einer Emailadresse.
Eigentlich ist da ein Stern noch zuviel.

Wenn man sich den Trainigs speichern will werden nicht alle Geräte angezeigt, die man schon gemacht hat. Wäre für mich eine Art trainingsplanhilfe, um die Gewichte vom letzten Trainig noch zu wissen. Leider klappt das absolut nicht. Heute z.B. wurde nur eine Position gespeichert. Einen Individuellen Plan kam man sich auch nicht erstellen. Im Endeffekt nur für den Zugang zum Studio zu gebrauchen

Ich habe die Fit+ App frisch heruntergeladen und direkt einen Vertrag abgeschlossen. Leider funktioniert die Anmeldung nicht: Beim Eingeben meiner Adresse komme ich nicht weiter, da der ‚Weiter‘-Button nicht reagiert. Ich habe schon verschiedene Schreibweisen ausprobiert und die App neu installiert, aber ohne Erfolg. Sehr ärgerlich, da man so die App nicht nutzen kann. Bitte dringend beheben!

Die App ist eigentlich nur für den Body Check und das Betreten des Fitnessstudios relevant. Leider funktioniert der Virtual Coach nicht und ich kann mir auch kein Training manuell selbst erstellen. Das sollte in einer solchen App allerdings Grundvoraussetzung sein, so muss ich leider jetzt ne zweite App nutzen um das Training zu dokumentieren.

Der Check-In und Rezepte funktionieren allerdings der Rest nicht. Die App hängt sich ständig auf und muss neu gestartet werden. Es ist unmöglich Daten im Profil einzugeben oder zu ändern. Es muss dringend ein Update her, was die Performance verbessert!

Die App funktioniert sehr schlecht, produziert oft nichtssagende Fehlermeldungen und zentrale Features funktionieren nicht richtig (virtueller Coach, Trainingsplanerstellung, Zahlung mit Paypal etc.) Schade, dass eigentlich simple Funktionen so unsauber programmiert sind, dass sich die App im Grunde nur als Schlüssel für den Eingang des Studios benutzen lässt.

Die App bietet ansprechende Rezepte und Trainingspläne, allerdings gibt es einige gravierende Mängel. Die Pläne lassen sich nicht aktivieren und der virtuelle Coach funktioniert nicht. Zudem ist die Benutzeroberfläche sehr unübersichtlich. Ein weiteres Problem ist, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, den Support zu kontaktieren – zumindest konnte ich den entsprechenden Punkt nicht finden. Außerdem waren die Trainingspläne beim ersten Öffnen der App benannt, sind es jedoch jetzt nicht mehr.
