### 3/5 — Latest update broke the app !!!

*2026-07-29, version 1.32.0*

I love the app but the developer needs to triple check updates before releasing them. After the last update, the details screen just flashes the numbers for a quarter of a second, then goes blank. I hope they can fix it soon. Useless at the moment.

### 2/5 — blank screen

*2026-07-27, version 1.32.0*

measurement details screen is blank. data is being saved but not appearing on screen. started happening with last update i think

### 2/5 — Worked for a couple months…

*2026-07-27, version 1.32.0*

After about 60 days a weird bug started in the app where the detailed data screen would flash your info too fast to see, and then go blank. Very odd problem. I don’t want to delete and reinstall bc I’ll lose my data, but maybe I will have to 😕

### 4/5 — Needs dark mode

*2026-07-24, version 1.32.0*

I have noticed Chinese apps tend to not have dark mode as an option. This app I assume to be Chinese, and needs dark mode.

### 4/5 — Found Apple Health integration

*2026-07-22, version 1.31.0*

I initially thought this had no integration with Apple Health. Turns out it is off by default, and therefore not shown as an eligible application under Apple Health. You have to go into the app and turn it on first. Most other apps ask you during on boarding.

### 2/5 — Good scale, bad data display

*2026-06-28*

The way that the data is displayed contradicts itself occasionally and it’s really only concerned with your bmi and fat percentage in the most visible parts of the app. Which are not the most important things to track as an athlete but I understand most people probably are trying to use it for general weightloss. Then there an “athletic” mode that totally changes your data with little explanation of when to use that or what it does.
I would love to see more ability to compare data and see trends rather than single days of data compared.
I also think that the parameters for “green zone” should be recommended but not set in stone. We should be able to make our own goals and/or the app should give more achievable mile stone goals along the way because it can be overwhelming/disappinting

### 4/5 — Dark Mode option

*2026-06-10, version 1.28.2*

App is good, but a low vision person it is hard to see, and hurts my eyes. PLEASE allow dark mode and bring the app into the modern era!

### 4/5 — Good app but missing features

*2026-05-23, version 1.27.3*

The tracking is great and I appreciate that I can set goals however it does not allow me to edit or erase old goals.

### 4/5 — My Experience

*2026-04-06, version 1.27.0*

It could be user error but it seems that randomly I only get weight & BMI not the full readout . I do the same sequence each time do a little disappointed

### 3/5 — Used to be 5

*2026-04-04, version 1.27.0*

For some reason, my phone says it’s connected to the scale but it’s not actually connecting. I did the troubleshooting and it says it’s connected. Very frustrating.

### 4/5 — Very cool

*2026-04-01, version 1.27.0*

Easy to use app with lots of features! Would love to see half-inches be added for height for more precise measurements and calculations

### 2/5 — Good app but

*2026-03-29, version 1.27.0*

The app is great but it really pisses me off that everyday I must go into my Apps and find this FIT just to log my information. Why won’t they stop just download onto my Home Screen and save me a lot of time each morning? This isn’t anything like what I really want to be doing with my time!! Thanks

### 2/5 — Update makes tracking charts too small to read

*2026-02-12, version 1.24.1*

Been using the app for months. Just recently, the tracking charts became ¼ size or smaller. I’m able to interact with them now, but they’re too small to read and should expand to fill the area.

### 3/5 — Love app could be better with the following: (1) dark mode (2) ability to add custom notes…

*2026-02-10, version 1.24.1*

I love his app and my GE scale…

Love app could be better with the following: (1) dark mode (2) ability to add custom notes…

1. Why no dark mode?!

2. Why no built-in feature to add custom notes, comments, or text annotations directly to individual weight/measurement entries?

—-Developers—-
⁉️Is there anyway you can please add these two features

### 2/5 — Not accurate other than weight

*2026-01-30*

I find most of the measurements other than weight are not very accurate. For example the fat% measurement is the sole reason I bought the scale but it was about 5% more than I expected so I figured I could focus on the trend over time but today it jumped up to 20% more than the previous measurement - scale is in the same location on hard ground/floor and it’s about a month out of the box so I don’t think the battery is the issue.

### 2/5 — Unclear information

*2026-01-30, version 1.24.1*

The application is ok but it could be a lot better - a) it would be really useful to be able to find a report on what some of the more specific measurements are - e.g. why is it bad that I have high protein and high skeletal muscles. B) the support isn’t good - I’ve tried raising with them 3 times that my waist-hip ratio has 2 different scores in different bits of the app. I don’t know if the incorrect one is impacting anything else like visceral fat or metabolic age scores. The responses to this question show that they are not looking at the pictures they asked me to send them.

### 3/5 — Font too small

*2026-01-26, version 1.24.1*

Love the app and scale, but the font is way too small and you can’t change it or zoom in. The whole app has tiny fonts. I have large text set on my phone so it obviously ignores that. Also blue font on bright white makes it even harder to read/see.

### 4/5 — Initially confusing but works well

*2026-01-20, version 1.23.0*

Took me a few goes to work out what I was doing but reference, set up your profile in the app first and then press the weigh button in the app and follow the app instructions. It will then record all the metrics you bought the scale for. Initially I was just expecting to step on the scale and ask of the information would be seamlessly sent to my phone, when in reality all I was seeing was my weight and nothing else.
Scales work flawlessly and I’m enjoying the 50 metrics it provides.
There’s a section in the app to record body measurements and it can all be paired with Apple health, which my previous Aria 2 scales wouldn’t do.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect

*2026-08-09*

I bought this app on 6/5 and it worked for approximately one month before the batteries died. When I put in new batteries it no longer syncs to my phone. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, contacted customer support three times and feel gaslit by them telling me to retry the exact same steps I already did and even insinuating that I might have calluses on my feet which cause it not to work. The scale works but the syncing doesn’t. The whole point of the scale is the syncing. Guess you get what you pay for. Sticking to my old school omron scale.

### 1/5 — Lost Six Weeks of Data

*2026-08-06*

I really liked this app at first. Then, after at least six weeks of daily weighing, I opened it up to find all my data gone! My entire account profile was gone. It asked me to fill in all the account info as I was a brand new user. Customer Service has been awful. E-mails need someone to help them with their English translations. Ex. They use “tourist” or “visitor” when I think they mean to say Guest User. Looking to buy a whole different brand scale because of this app. 🙁

### 1/5 — Does not connect

*2026-07-23, version 1.32.0*

Multiple attempts to connect to this scale were unsuccessful. Why bother to have a scale with good features when it doesn’t connect to the app? I’m ditching this GE junk and going back to my old scale which worked every single time!

### 1/5 — Really bad data modeling

*2026-07-16*

If you’re someone who has never worked out or followed your physiology before you may find this app motivating. But its data models are really, really off. Weight calculates fairly well. Everything else is sketch. Even though you can enter measurement data, it doesn’t use that high quality custom information to make calculations. Instead it relies on a very bad formula to create new numbers that are way, way inaccurate. When I contacted them about this, thinking it must just be a bug, I got a super patronizing response that basically said I was too fat to understand how data works. If you don’t know anything about physiology or statistical models you may have fun with this. But if you have the capacity to evaluate its performance, it quickly becomes apparent that the emperor has no clothes.

### 1/5 — Advice does not align with United States or WHO clinical guidelines, seems asia based

*2026-04-08, version 1.27.0*

This app appears to give advice based on weight and body composition guidelines used in Asia, and is not aligned with World Health Organization or United States clinical guidelines.

### 1/5 — Crashes on launch

*2026-03-15, version 1.26.0*

Crashes on launch

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-01-18, version 1.23.0*

I have been using this regularly to track my weight and other metrics. My body has noticeably changed and yet the scale only responds to weight changes and any changes are attributed to changes in body fat. Impossible based on my physical changes. Even recording an inch loss around my waist did nothing. This scale does not work.

### 1/5 — Does not sync other users info

*2026-01-17, version 1.23.0*

It’s very irritating that I have 3 different users when it recognizes a weight it will ask you if this is you. When you say no, you would think it would let you assign it to a different user. Nope.. it doesn’t. Sometimes it will pop up to let you assign a weight that they see isn’t yours. But that’s literally like 2 times out of 10 that it will ask you. I am a person that fully believes “you get what you pay for”. The way this scale works it should’ve been $10.00..

### 1/5 — App and scale Dont communicate correctly

*2025-09-17, version 1.20.1*

My body fat on the scale display shows around 20%. For some reason the app shows the inverse, 80%!

### 1/5 — App crashes no longer working

*2025-02-04, version 1.16.1*

The app opens to a blank screen or freezes. Garbage app

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — No Regrets

*2026-03-27, version 1.27.0*

I love this scale along with the app. Keeps me motivated to continue doing great

### 5/5 — Great Tools

*2026-03-26, version 1.26.0*

I love the Fit tools so many to choose from in keeping my weight loss goals ahead of me.

### 5/5 — Works well

*2026-03-26*

Does everything I need. Works well

### 5/5 — Easy Peasy

*2026-03-25, version 1.26.0*

This scale communicates seamlessly with the app for free and supports multiple profiles. I love it. The ”trends” analysis is the most useful feature.

### 5/5 — 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

*2026-03-10*

A solid 5 star rating from me. The app has shaved off a lot of guess work for me and syncs my data to my Health App where it’s easily accessible to my favorite fitness apps I use to track not only my workouts and nutrition but my weight, BMI and fat. Now I have the numbers I need to push towards my goals and adjust some things.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-03-03, version 1.25.1*

Very nice presentation of measured and derived data. Good Apple health syncing.

### 5/5 — you can also monitor the previous years

*2025-12-05*

Perfect option to track from your phone and also previous years. Check how many pounds u were today 2 years ago.

### 5/5 — One request

*2025-09-15, version 1.20.1*

No complaints about the app. I would like to have a dark mode. I couldn’t find it in the settings. Is this possible?

### 5/5 — Great Tracking

*2025-09-07*

I love how the app will hold weight ins that seem outside your normal range to verify if it was you. I recently had my sister visit and she used my scale (without me knowing). The app automatically put her weigh-in; into a hold and verify area. That was great, because I know the tracking data is accurate.

### 5/5 — Best analysis

*2025-07-29, version 1.19.0*

This app works with my GE CS10G scale but the analysis part of this app is amazing. This is the first app that will take my body measurements and tell me what my weight should be rather than the simplistic BMI calculation. A great overall health app to add to those that I use.
