## What is Fit Shapes?

Track calories and macros with a plan that adapts.

Fit Shapes is a calorie counter and macro tracker for people who train. Log your meals, see how your day adds up, and review your targets as your weight trend changes. Whether you are cutting, building muscle, or maintaining, keep your nutrition plan and progress in one place.

LOG FOOD YOUR WAY
Take a meal photo, scan a barcode or nutrition label, search for a food, or describe what you ate. Adjust entries when you need to and reuse your recent foods.

SEE YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
Track calories, protein, carbs, and fat against your daily targets. Look back through your calendar to see your logging history.

A PLAN THAT ADAPTS
Weekly check-ins use your logged intake and weight trend to propose updated calorie and macro targets. Review the proposal, accept it, or keep your current plan.

GO BEYOND MACROS
Explore fiber, sugar, vitamins, and minerals alongside your macros. Photo-based nutrient values are estimates that you can review and edit.

FOLLOW YOUR WEIGHT TREND
See the longer-term trend alongside individual weigh-ins, so daily fluctuations have context.

BRING YOUR HISTORY
Import supported exports from other food trackers and export your Fit Shapes history as a CSV.
