## What is Fit Veggie?

FOR EVERYONE, NOT JUST VEGETARIANS

BMI divides your weight by your height squared. It has no idea what
that weight is made of: a kilo of muscle and a kilo of fat count
exactly the same.

Add your waist measurement and see both readings side by side, each
with its official reference, and the gap between them. One measurement
a month is enough to follow how it changes.

• A question a day in "My day", drawn from those sheets. Learn a little
  each day, without spending time on it.
• Your 3 photo analyses now refill every week.
• The app asks what brought you here, and adapts to it.
• The coach now looks at your last six months, not just the past week:
  it can finally see where you are heading.
• A reminder if you drop off for a few days, switchable off in settings.
