I was one of those who was totally confused in the gym. Just did anything on any day. I paid more $ for different apps. No results. I am 4 weeks into this program and I already have MAJOR results! Best $ Iv spent since being into fitness! I highly recommend for anybody who is serious about a lifestyle change
