### 3/5 — Love Coco but miss the ladder format

I absolutely love Coco and her method but find that I really miss the self guided set up of Ladder. I find that she moves a bit fast for me and wish I can choose when to move on to the next move. I’ve asked a couple different times to see if this would be an added feature in the future, but was ignored. 

Shorter workouts are being added but the majority of her workouts are longer and I find that trying to get steps in and a workout is more time than I have to dedicate during the week. For the cost of this app, I find it not worth it for me and will let my membership cancel after my annual subscription expires but I’ll keep an eye out for new features.

I’ve been using the FitWithCoco app every day, and it has completely transformed my fitness journey. The workouts are effective, easy to follow, and keep me motivated to stay consistent.

I took a trial and found workouts fun and good especially for mobility, posture correction . I am not sure how good the program is for building muscle though- I’ll try for few months and see. 
 
Improvements suggested : 1/ call out what weight range  to use before exercise. I ended up picking lighter weight sometimes - guidance upfront would be good 2/ talk about what muscle should you feel the exercise in

I found Coco through the previous platform she was on and I absolutely love her as a coach, her coaching style, her as an all around person and wish so badly she would come back. With that said coming from the previous platform I can’t go back to follow along “live” videos and if her workout platform changes to a more structured version with ability to log weights, bold timers, rest periods with a pep talk, the ability to play my own music along with her workouts I will ditch the previous platform and put all my money into this app. I also did the trial period for this app and I felt the movements went a lot faster and I felt more rushed and pressure to keep up. Much love Coco 💖💖💖

Coach Coco is one of the best in fitness when it comes to both knowledge and the ability to communicate it in a way anyone can understand. That kind of coaching is essential for real progress. This app not only offers an incredible variety of workouts and programs, but it also has an amazing community that genuinely supports and motivates each other.

After searching for other apps to replace this, I rejoined. This is truly the best workout app on the planet. There IS a hard sell on her products but it’s a small thing when it’s honestly the best workout ever. There are a lot of imitators out there but only ONE Coco. Join. You will love it!
