Maisa inspired me to start my fitness journey and she is been with me every step of the way. Her classes are fun and a mix of Functional Training and her style TAE BEAT 🤩 

TAE BEAT is the perfect combination of dance, TAE Kwon Do and Functional Training with Weights. 

I truly enjoy this app and the challenges Maisa creates!!! 

Thank you Maisa for everything!!! 🥰
