## What is Fit2Health?

Fit2Health moves your fitness data from Fitbit and Google Health directly into Apple Health. It’s built for accuracy and simplicity.

What you can do:

Move all your stats: Sync Heart Rate (including intraday), Steps, Weight, SpO2, HRV, and more.

Smart data compression: High-frequency heart rate data is intelligently compressed.

Remove duplicates: A built-in scanner identifies and deletes duplicate entries created by the app, keeping your database clean.

Check the numbers: View calculated stats like averages, medians, and standard deviations for any metric before you sync it.

Total control: You choose the start date and exactly which metrics to import.

Privacy and Security:
Your data stays yours. The app uses secure OAuth 2.0 authentication and stores all access tokens in your device’s system Keychain.
