The developers should feel ashamed ### 1/5 — 0 star *2021-09-08, version 3.3* I would quite literally rather book an appointment with a doctor, that works in another country than my own, buy a spirit airlines plane ticket / hotel bundle, have my flight delayed 3 times, miss my appointment, enjoy a weekend in said country, come home, book another flight back out to the previous doctor, and go get weighed in there 6x8 office using one of those scales with the Little Rock thing at the end that you have to fiddle with in order to get a proper reading that’s still probably not proper because the ground might not be level or maybe the scale is old, than try use this app again because it was a waste of time and money, the app is free but I feel like I should be reimbursed for the thought of the app working like advertised. ### 1/5 — terrible *2021-07-18, version 3.3* please do not waste your money on this. I got it at TJ Maxx for around $30 bucks. The scale is fine but the app is absolutely terrible and does not work at all. There is no way this scale can measure muscle mass nor anything else it claims to measure. Please save your money and do not buy this item and if you already did, find the receipt and return it right away. ### 2/5 — Great when it works *2021-06-12, version 3.2* I have to get on and off the scale about 5 times before the results upload to my phone. Once uploaded it takes an unknown amount of time to access all the current results. My old scale works great but the battery was running low. I saw this scale at the store and thought wow this looks Awesome. Spent 2 hours and scale works OK like a standard scale but the app doesn’t work at all. Tried it on 3 different phones and it’s a waist of my time. Sorry for the bad review but it you look at the software note they seem to be trying to fix the problem but it seems they need a new software engineering team. ### 1/5 — High hopes, but... *2020-09-11, version 2.7* Worked perfectly the first time I used it. After that, none of the options you should be able to click across the bottom or at the top of the screen will do anything. I closed the app and tried again. I deleted the app and then downloaded it again. No luck. Nothing is wrong with my screen. It has no cracks or dead spots. My phone works exactly as it should. Something is wrong with the app. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever! *2020-07-28, version 2.7* This app doesn’t work. If you can get it to even pop up with the connect to your scale button, that’s as far as it will go. It completely freezer and won’t do anything after. I have defeated and downloaded the app about 100 times and it still doesn’t work. It’s frustrating as hell. I recommend buying a different scale or not bothering to even try the app!!!!! ### 1/5 — terrible *2020-05-22, version 2.7* as far as the scale alone i think it’s working fine and accurate. but the app is just terrible. it won’t even let me log in and i don’t even know how i got logged out! it says “error 502” and i thought i may be putting the wrong passcode so when i try to send a password reset to my email nothing happens! they haven’t fixed the app in over a year and it’s sad because i actually liked it. do better Fit2Live. if you want a device that will connect to your phone, i highly recommend buying a different one. no wonder it was at TJ Maxx for $20 ### 1/5 — Working fine at 1st *2020-03-31, version 2.7* Nice scale and it was working perfectly fine when I first bought it. Just a few months after my purchase now it’s not displaying the weight properly for some crazy reason it’s reading my daughters weight as 7 lbs but the display on the scale shows the actual weight. So frustrating cause there is no troubleshoot or deleting the app won’t fix it either. It won’t even let me delete the account to try and add it from scratch but noting works. ### 1/5 — Good scale *2020-02-20, version 2.7* Does exactly what I expected. I just wish I didn’t have to open the app to connect every time I weigh myself. Update: Feb 20, 2020 I open the app and app my history that was saved is gone! I’m talking about my profile is gone. The app crashes when you begin to create a profile or go into the settings. Wish I could return the scale and get my money back. Complete waste ### 1/5 — Just as horrible as everyone says :( *2020-02-03, version 2.7* I was so excited to try this and have the app to go along with the scale! Everything was ok at first, and then I added my husband a profile and everything just locked up. I had to delete and try again. After that the app says I weigh 13 lbs.... no matter how many times I tried. So I don’t know how the app works. ### 1/5 — Different measurements on different surfaces *2023-05-16* If I move the scale around my house, from one tile to a different similar tile, to hardwood, to low pile carpet I get completely different (but in a similar range) measurements. Also, I CANNOT GET BLUETOOTH TO CONNECT TO THE SCALE. Bummer because it’s a nice scale and I want the amenities it offers on the app. ### 1/5 — No longer works *2023-04-14* I got the FitLive scale in 2019 and absolutely loved it. I’m assuming they updated the app version at some point in 2023 because now all of my progress is lost, I can’t login “user not found”, can’t use the forgot password button, can’t make a new account, there’s no help button. I would understand if it was the scale since I have had it for a while but the scale works great still. I can’t get into the app at all. It’s frustrating and unfortunate. However we are in the Information Age, and I purchased this scale believing that it would be able to upload to the Apple Health app, like all of my other Bluetooth enabled health devices. My hope was to be able to aggregate my health related data for my next doctors visit. If the developer utilized the Apple Health APIs in their next update I would rate 5 stars instead of 4. ### 4/5 — Bariatrics Surgery *2019-07-03, version 2.7* I had bariatric sleeve done and was told it’s so important to keep track of all the numbers a regular scale simply doesn’t do. Works fabulously, keeps me on track effortlessly. Only issues we have had is an occasional day that it show completely random weights.
