This important issue is very frustrating, please resolve it ASAP. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Got watches that are useless without this app! *2024-06-01, version 3.1.7* We bought both our children the watches & they can not be linked to the same iPad or app, or parent app! It’s beyond frustrating to buy these and not be able to use them all because the app doesn’t work the way it should, also notices that you have to open the app each day to get the correct time & date!! We shouldn’t have to open the app each day for the watches to work at a basic level! It’s been a pointless purchase for us & frankly utterly ridiculous for our children to navigate.
