### 4/5 — Newbie

*2026-08-18, version 1.36.0*

Only a few days in. At first glance I felt very skeptical that this would feel like exercise. But in doing these moves and trying to do them accurately, I am feeling exercised when they are done. It’s a nice morning activity.

### 4/5 — It is making me exercise or just move

*2026-08-14, version 1.36.0*

I normally just sit to do my work. So far this is making me up and move. I know it is a discipline thing. But after paying for this I am compelled to use it. So far so good. And surprisingly I can feel which muscles have been worked

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not good.

*2026-09-07*

I found the exercises barely more than calisthenics. I tried to increase from basic to intermediate and advanced but that didn’t seem to challenge me any more than the last. The app often did three of the same type of exercise, one after another. (Lower back, knees, etc) This increases the risk of injury. And the app home screen flickers (a bug) for a minute while it loads in the background. For some reason I’m receiving additional charges on my credit card. I cannot figure out how to stop them. I don’t have a subscription through the Apple Store. I don’t know if it’s another glitch or it’s malicious.

**Developer response:** We’re genuinely sorry that your experience with Fit4Me has been so disappointing. We completely understand why you’d be frustrated, especially after encountering workouts that didn’t feel challenging enough, repeated exercises, technical issues, and, most importantly, charges you weren’t expecting. 💙

We’d really like the chance to look into everything you mentioned and make sure you get clear answers. You shouldn’t have to feel like you’re left trying to figure this out on your own.

Please email us at support@fit4me.io and mention this review. Our team will personally look into your account and your concerns and do everything we can to help resolve the situation. We’d truly appreciate the opportunity to make this experience better for you. 🤝

Nowhere does it mention about auto renewal when offering A 4 week plan, STAY AWAY app also is not what the advertise,

You cab get free apps that do the same as this…

### 1/5 — Scam Number 2!

*2026-08-29, version 1.37.0*

It happened Again! Despite having cancelled in two occasions, received an email on the 8th of June and they charged AGAIN. be very careful with those robbers. Just have to cancel my CARD so this thieves stop.

### 1/5 — Don’t Try It No Free Trials They charge you anyway!!!

*2026-08-17*

I am sick of these businesses failing to cancel your subscription and they charge you anyway. I am livid to say the least. So many people have made similar reviews and they come back with “you believe you have cancelled your subscription.” I did and don’t want anything to di with sorry company! And btw how the heck did the cost get to be over $66? I’m not emailing them I am not doing anything else they can charge me without my authorization they can refund me as well.

**Developer response:** We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been. We understand why an unexpected charge or difficulty with a subscription can be upsetting, and we don’t want you to feel that your concerns are being dismissed.

We’d like the opportunity to look into the $66+ charge and your subscription status personally and make sure there are no further unexpected renewals.

If you’re willing to give us one more chance to help, please contact our Support Team at support@fit4me.io with the email address associated with your Fit4Me account. We’ll review the billing history and cancellation status and do our best to find a fair resolution.

We’re sorry this experience left you feeling this way, and we hope we can make things right. 💙

Best regards,
Fit4Me Team

### 1/5 — Total scam

*2026-08-16, version 1.36.0*

Decided me! Buyer beware!!!

### 1/5 — Fraudulent Business Practices—DO NOT USE!!!!!

*2026-08-14*

I signed up to use this app on my fitness journey and cancel my subscription through the App Store. There was not a clear way to cancel my subscription in the app or even to show that my subscription was still active. I was charged multiple times despite having canceled my subscription to my knowledge and was only offered a 50% refund. I would never recommend this app to anyone and if you are using it be very careful because they engage in a lot of fraudulent business practices.

**Developer response:** Hello! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how upsetting and frustrating it can be to see repeated charges when you believed your subscription had already been canceled. 🙏

Please reach out to us at support@fit4me.io and mention that you left this review. This will allow us to locate your case and give it priority attention so we can carefully review your subscription and payment history and help you with your concern.

We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to look into what happened.

Best regards,
Fit4Me Team

### 1/5 — Fed up with online scams!

*2026-08-08, version 1.36.0*

I downloaded the app and signed up for the £10 weekly plan. Today, however, £46 was withdrawn from my account. It hasn’t even been a month yet! it’s only day 8! They refuse to refund me! Why? This is completely unacceptable.

Why would you jeopardize your customers’ trust like this? I emailed your support team, they refused to pay! Other reviews say the same thing! You respond to them here, but I doubt you actually take any action.

I would like an immediate refund. This charge is not what I agreed to, and I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.

### 1/5 — Scammers

*2026-08-06, version 1.36.0*

The app didn’t work even after paying. I had to write many times to get a refund but they had scammer tactics to not refund your money

### 1/5 — Scam - do not sign up

*2026-08-05, version 1.36.0*

I did not take notice this was a subscription. I signed up for a 4 week plan and now it am being charged each month double the original subscription fee and my password no longer works to be able to login and cancel the subscription. I try to reset it but never receive the email to do so.

### 1/5 — Horrible customer service

*2026-08-05, version 1.36.0*

What ever you do in life avoid this app and company! Worse customer service ever.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Thought I’d give it a try!

*2026-09-03*

I got this app but I didn’t bother with all the optional extras as I’m diabetic so follow a diet already. These exercises are gentle enough for me to do with arthritis. I am on day three now, I started doing this as I have lost quite a bit of weight due to my diabetes and now have loose skin mainly on my arms which needs tightening so I thought I would try this and see what happens let you know on day 28.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your first impressions! 😊 We’re glad you’re finding the exercises challenging while still being able to complete them. Feeling tired after a workout can be part of the experience, but remember to listen to your body and take breaks whenever you need them. 💪🌿

Best regards,
Fit4Me Team

### 5/5 — Former SEAL

*2026-08-25*

I’m actually really impressed! It’s real easy to let the Daily hustle and Bus will get you away from working out. This is 20 minutes a day and you can start beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Very easy to do it in your own home or if you have hot yoga studio, you can plug it into the TV and do it in 120°.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! 😊 We’re thrilled that you’re impressed with Fit4Me and that the flexible 20-minute sessions fit so easily into a busy routine. It’s great that you can choose the level that suits you and work out wherever it’s most convenient. Keep up the fantastic momentum! 💪🔥
