## What is Fitabase Engage?

Connect to your research study using the Fitabase Engage app! You’ll get set up with the help of your study team’s representative. Once connected, you’ll be able to: 
- Receive notifications to remind you to sync your wearable device 
- See your wearable’s syncing status
- Keep up-to-date on study information or changes
