## What is FitAI by Whiz?

FitAI is your gym companion for everyday training, check-ins, nutrition, and staying connected with your club.

Built for members and trainers, FitAI helps you manage fitness around your gym’s schedule, plans, and coaching — not a generic one-size-fits-all tracker.

FOR MEMBERS
• Follow workout plans assigned by your trainer
• Check in at your gym quickly
• Book fitness classes and appointments
• Track nutrition and meal plans
• View membership details and stay on top of renewals
• Join challenges and community updates from your club

FOR TRAINERS
• Manage members and day-to-day coaching workflows
• Assign and update workout plans
• Use exercise and food libraries
• Handle class enrollments and appointments
• Track attendance and member progress

HOW IT WORKS
Access is provided by your gym. Sign in with the email and password from your club invitation or front desk. Your schedule, trainers, plans, and content come from your gym’s FitAI workspace, so what you see matches how your club actually runs.
