I tried so many different types of fitness apps and I’m almost always overwhelmed with information or options when it comes to exercises. This app is simple to use, with straight forward directions and exercises. It explains common fitness terminology - making this app perfect for beginners. My favorite part of the app is the “Wisdom” section where they break down the fundamentals of nutrition and building muscles in simple lessons. Finally, I love that there is a place to request features and offer feedback. If you’re beginning your fitness journey or want something that will help you be more consistent - I’d recommend giving this app a try!
