Hearing an alarm does not mean you are actually awake.

FitAlarm turns the moments after you stop an alarm into real action. It immediately opens a movement challenge designed to get you out of bed and reduce the chance of falling asleep again.

• Native system alarms Schedule reliable system alarms with iOS AlarmKit without background silent-audio workarounds.

• Two counting modes Use the proximity sensor by moving toward your phone, or count movements with the front-facing camera.

• Forgiving on-device recognition FitAlarm checks that you moved. It is built for waking up and building a habit, not judging competition-level pushup form.

• Adjustable challenge goals Choose from 5 to 200 movements in steps of 5, with quick presets for common goals.

• Privacy first Camera frames are processed in real time on your device. They are never uploaded, saved, used for advertising, or used for tracking.

• Emergency exit If you feel unwell or need to leave immediately, press and hold to exit the challenge.
