It's very useful to organize your training sessions. 

The synchronization to the FitBat App is super nice as well, so I can be part of the championship of my friends without visiting a gym or knowledge of special exercises.

Perfect App for those who suffer from Bad workout background music on youtube. I just took the exercises from YT and listen to my own music during my workout now
