### 2/5 — This was not fun signing into at all

*2026-08-17, version 1.0.60*

Moved over from Garmin and I can confidently say Garmin is far more streamlined than the unresponsive app juggling I’ve been doing

### 2/5 — My Fitbit has wrong date/time

*2026-08-17, version 1.0.60*

Not Happy

### 3/5 — Meh

*2026-08-02, version 1.0.60*

The autosync doesn’t work and now I got told there is an hourly limit on sync but this is the first time I tried to sync data in two days. It works sort of, and it’s not expensive so it’s probably worth getting if you want to sync data but would explore other apps too.

### 3/5 — Needs an update

*2026-07-30, version 1.0.60*

When the app works, it works pretty well. But for weeks now, on my iPad and iPhone it’s like a new installation. It starts its introductory video, then it tries to sign me in at Fitbit rather than Google (and the Fitbit option is no longer acceptable at their end).

Then, with multiple keystrokes, I finally get past all those repetitive screens.

Then it reminds me how much it costs annually, which I have to accept.

And then, finally, it does the sync. This has been going on for weeks.

### 2/5 — Not useful for my limited acuity

*2026-07-23, version 1.0.60*

Basic Fitbit program was all I needed

### 3/5 — Confused!!!

*2026-07-20, version 1.0.60*

I have a Fitbit verse 4 & it has been a pure nightmare trying to set it up!!!!!

### 2/5 — A rip off

*2026-07-18, version 1.0.60*

I had a Fitbit before. I didn’t need to purchase anything. Now I have the inspire 3 and they want $$$ to show me how I sleep and exercise. The original app showed me everything I wanted. Now all I see is steps. Rip off for sure.

### 1/5 — In effective as Fitbit support

*2026-07-18, version 1.0.60*

I downloaded this app so that I could sync my Fitbit actions to an app and to add things like swimming. None of these things happened. In fact, the app seems stuck on an event that occurred five months ago with a prior Fitbit app.

### 1/5 — Fitbit

*2026-07-17, version 1.0.60*

Since I went to the Google app for my Fitbit, it doesn’t register right I would like to cancel it so I can return to the original Fitbit app. How do I cancel?

### 3/5 — Just getting started

*2026-07-16, version 1.0.60*

I like the idea of Fitbit being synced with my health app. Hope it works, and helps me to get fit!

### 1/5 — Not happy

*2026-07-15, version 1.0.60*

My Fitbit app worked fine until everything move to google fit now nothing syncs

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2026-08-11, version 1.0.60*

Wow where to start- it says it syncs but it never matches my watch or my walking app always always lower - I never walk less than 16,000 steps a day usually more but it never shows it - hate this app

### 1/5 — Fitbit Sync to Apple health

*2026-08-08, version 1.0.60*

This is the biggest waste of money I have spent it’s been two days still varnish syncing? Glad I spent money for this it’s been totally useless!

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-08-03, version 1.0.60*

Doesn’t sync.

### 1/5 — Locked behind a pay wall

*2026-07-31, version 1.0.60*

The only data you can sync is steps, everything else is locked behind monthly subscription that will cost you at minimum $10. Waste of time use another app or download your data from google and migrate it.

### 1/5 — Janette

*2026-07-29, version 1.0.60*

Sanchez

### 1/5 — Unable to use

*2026-07-28, version 1.0.60*

Too hard to understand

### 1/5 — Fitbit is useless

*2026-07-24, version 1.0.60*

Since getting a new phone I lost the Fitbit app that I had and now this app is useless. I can’t get it to sinc up and display the correct steps

### 1/5 — Doesn’t count steps accurately

*2026-07-23, version 1.0.60*

I really dislike this app! It doesn’t count any steps when I am not carrying my phone. My Fitbit does count the steps accurately, but it doesn’t show them on this app and my regular Fitbit app used to do that. I don’t understand why the Fitbit app no longer works.

### 1/5 — Sleep tracker doesn’t work

*2026-07-20, version 1.0.60*

My sleep tracker stopped tracking my sleep which is the whole reason I bought the Fitbit

### 1/5 — Very user unfriendly

*2026-07-19, version 1.0.60*

Very difficult to set up

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Persistence with Fitbit Sync

*2026-08-29*

Attempt after many attempts to try and recover my Fitbit Versa 4 Watch. I hope this is successful.

### 5/5 — Automatic updates without the hassle

*2026-08-19, version 1.0.60*

My Fitbit readings weren’t consistently showing in Apple Health, so I tried this for syncing. It does the transfer in the background, and I can see heart rate and workouts appear after they update on Fitbit. The interface makes it clear what’s connected. I also like that my existing Apple Health data stays intact.

### 5/5 — Simple sync into Apple Health

*2026-08-19, version 1.0.60*

I set up Fitbit once and the app keeps pushing my data to Apple Health. Steps and sleep show up reliably without me manually entering anything. The background sync is the main reason I kept it. After authorizing, I didn’t have to change settings for it to work. Overall it feels straightforward and dependable.

### 5/5 — Beginning

*2026-08-06, version 1.0.60*

So far, so good, I am interested in tracking to see how it works, and if it will wake me up in the morning. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Let’s goooooowa!!!!

*2026-07-28, version 1.0.60*

### 5/5 — Two 4 One

*2026-07-17, version 1.0.60*

Just now synced to Apple Health. Can’t wait to start using.

### 5/5 — Easy

*2026-07-15, version 1.0.60*

### 5/5 — Easy signing up and logging in.
