同期はきちんとできるが、その前に必ずAppleのヘルスケアとの連携が必要な旨とその方法が表示される。このappを使う時点でヘルスケアの連携は必須だし１度ならず毎回出るとイライラしてくる

Sometimes it works fine, others it requires manual intervention. It constantly logs out of Fitbit and doesn’t sync everything even though requested.

タイトルの通りです。接続が切れるたびにサインアウトしてサインインして...を繰り返して、それでも接続できない時もあるし、いつのまにか戻っていたりと対処方法がわかりません。

Since this app has been updated, you can’t use it. Won’t sync properly. 
Can only see what I’ve done in my actual Fitbit watch.
It doesn’t show in the app. 
Can’t understand why you would change something that worked perfectly.

This app constantly keeps asking you to login. It seems they want you to pay for it instead. It was a good app at the beginning.

Das funktioniert nicht.

**Developer response:** Hallo. Das iPhone 6 unterstützt maximal iOS 12.5.7. Da die App jedoch mindestens iOS 14.5 oder neuer benötigt, kann es sein, dass sie auf diesem Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Wenn du ein anderes Gerät mit iOS 26 verwendest, kann das Verhalten abweichen.

Nach über einem Jahr der Nutzung nervt es, dass immer wieder Werbung für die Bezahlversion aufploppt, obwohl ich bereits Abo-Kunde bin. Der Auto-Sync erfolgte von Beginn an nur in sehr unregelmäßigen Abständen und nun funktioniert seit Wochen gar nichts mehr, weder automatisch noch manuell. Ich ärgere mich, dass ich noch ein zweites Mal für das Abo bezahlt habe

I love this app it allows me to sync my actual steps calculated from my fitbit to my Steps apps. A lot of times I get steps in but don’t bring my phone and my apps don’t log the watch steps automatically. This app solves that problem.

This app is a game changer. I wear a Fitbit and it was a pain to have to repeatedly update my health app with my correct steps. This app makes it so easy! And the “sync”is faster than any other app I’ve used. One perk that makes paying for it worth it. Along that note, it’s also cheaper than any other sync app I’ve used. 👍

UPDATE: syncing automatic for the most part now that I upgraded my phone. Perhaps the older version of iOS didn’t work as well. I wish cycling data would transfer, and mindfulness.

Syncing is manual even though I have it set to run in the background along with Fitbit. Must be Apple making it difficult. The odd times it’ll actually sync itself but very rarely. I’m okay with it since it retroactively updates data for previous days to the fitness/health apps, so it doesn’t get in the way of me hitting my goals on fitness app, which is more intuitive and easier to understand than Fitbit’s stats and achievements that don’t all come with explanation of what they mean lol. This and Fitbit needs a dark mode.
