I have to admit that I was hired to test the app. You know what! It’s forking amazing!
You just take a pic, just like for Insta, and it gives you all the data: calories and all this nutritional stuff.
I even recorded me doing exercises. The app said I do it wrong. No wonder my knees are in pain all the time.

The AI form correction really changed how I train, I used to get back pain after squats, now I feel more confident in every rep. Love how easy it is to track progress and find exercises by muscle. Definitely recommend.
