### 2/5 — Underdeveloped not helpful and even unsafe

I didn’t find this app helpful at all. Can’t recommend it. 

- Created workout routines without warm ups which can cause injuries if you jump right into heavy weights. I had to remind the AI bot that this is unsafe. 
- Asked me to do the exact same muscle group two days in a row without resting it.
- On one day created a workout that could be logged and weights/ reps adjusted, on the next day only produced texts with workouts that couldn’t be logged anymore. 

I used the app for one week every day then deleted it in frustration.
