### 2/5 — Only syncs 7 days

*2021-04-07, version 2.7*

It should really be noted in the description that this app only syncs 7 days at a time. Because of this it’s not appropriate for someone looking to sync their entire FitBit history. I’m sure it works great within that 7 day window, but when the app is clearly competing against apps designed to sync the entire history not mentioning that limitation is misleading at best.

### 1/5 — Do not down load

*2020-06-22, version 2.3*

One night ago I downloaded this app and I have had serious problems with the app my phone and the Fitbit app since then. It crashed my phone once. I wasn’t able to open the app at all several times and it neverMoved the information from the Fitbit app to the Apple health app.

Yesterday I had 15,000 steps and it only recorded that I did 6000 steps on my Apple Health app, even when I updated/ used and tried to use the app several times.

Since, owning the app I needed to restart my phone twice. And both times the phones’ power down screen was even messed up. The emergency SOS slide button and the Medical ID slide button were over lapped, making them unusable. As soon as deleted this app the phone started acting normal again.

I have deleted many apps in the passed because they didn’t work but I have never worried about my phone not working because of an app.

**Developer response:** I’m sorry but that’s don’t think to be related to FitSync.
On iOS each app is running in a sandbox and what happens here could not affect the system. Even if the App gathers to much memory the system will kill it to prevents any crashes.

Please check that your iPhone is in the last system version in order to prevents any system bugs.

Very difficult

### 1/5 — Does not show my steps

*2020-03-13, version 2.1.1*

I bought this today and I have walked over 15000 steps, just shy of 7 miles. Ap only shows 7827. That is just half. Waste of my money. And apparently we are only supposed to post a review if we contact them first. Some reason they don’t want you to tell the truth?

### 3/5 — There were no instructions enclosed with my versa 2

*2019-12-22, version 1.8.2*

Interestingly, I discovered how to charge it and subscribed to a couple of u tubers in order to learn more however, i have difficulty reading the small print on the face of the watch.

### 1/5 — Junk

*2019-06-09, version 1.7*

This app spent hours syncing (no progress information displayed either) only to get nowhere. I then purchased Fitbit-to-Apple-Health-Sync and retried syncing with that app and it synced multiple years of my Fitbit data in less than 5 minutes. Don’t waste your $2 with this app.

**Developer response:** Hello,
I’m sad to ear that our app don’t work as expected for you.
FitSync have many users worldwide that use it daily without any problem.
Remember that FitSync is the only app that allow you to save INTRADAY data and our users LOVE us for this reason!
The others app (also the one said by you) sync only a single average value for each category.

If you want to give us another chance, contact us at info@fishingfrogs.com and we will resolve your problem together.

**Developer response:** Could you please explain better the issue?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2022-09-18, version 3.1*

IOS 16. It doesn’t sync properly at all. None of the measures pass through from Fitbit to Apple Health.

**Developer response:** Hello, could you please send us an email explaining your issue? Our email is: info@fishingfrogs.com
Thank you

### 1/5 — Bad for sleep data

*2021-11-11, version 3.0*

Indulges time in bed but not actual time asleep; both Fitbit and Apple health has both, fitbitsync only records time in bed.

**Developer response:** Hi, unfortunately this data is not available on the Fitbit API.
Thank you for your comprehension.

### 1/5 — Will not connect

*2021-10-21, version 3.0*

### 1/5 — Too complicated

*2021-05-13, version 2.7*

### 1/5 — Problem

*2021-02-07, version 2.7*

Doesn’t let me log in

### 1/5 — Login loop and only syncs 7 days of data.

*2021-01-13, version 2.6*

I Purchased the fit sync app tonight and it’s not working. It keeps telling me to sign into Fitbit, which I do and then it goes back to the login screen. Also, it does not state in the details that this only has the capability of of only syncing 7 days worth of data.

Sent from my iPhone

**Developer response:** Hello,
could you please confirm that are you using the Fitbit credentials? Google and Facebook are not supported right now.

Regarding the 7 days range, this is a Fitbit API limit. Please consider that you can sync older data, 7 days it’s just the max data size for each request.

### 1/5 — Wont work

*2020-09-26, version 2.5*

Does not work. Save your clicks.

### 1/5 — Installstion

*2020-09-02, version 2.4*

It is u usual for me to take this thing back at such a cheap price, but I want to make a statement to this company about putting such a substandard product on the market to mar the name of the company.

**Developer response:** Hi,
could you please send an email to info@fishingfrogs.com with more details about your problem?
Best regards

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Provides most detail of all synch apps I tried

*2023-02-16, version 3.1*

This app provides the granularity in data for heart rate, calories burned in intervals throughout the day, etc where other apps provide only a single summary/average.

It provides easy ability to select which categories of data to sync

It provides the ability to synch data by a range of dates. If you have had Fitbit a long time and want ALL history synched it’s best to do it in chunks at a time or at least a category at a time. Since this app is getting the DETAILED intervals and not just a summary line there is a LOT of data. It WILL take longer than other apps to synch for this reason. This is not a ‘fault’ or an issue, it simply reflects the amount of data being transferred.

It does not provide an option to ‘auto synch’. This not an issue for me but apparently it is a feature some folks value.

The best Fitbit to Health synch app I have found…..

### 5/5 — Ali asari

*2021-04-06, version 2.7*

Ali

### 5/5 — Works as advertised

*2020-10-26, version 2.5*

As long as you are willing to change the priority of the data sources inside the Apple Health App — in this case by dragging the FitSync app above your phone in the data source of Steps for example — the app works as advertised.

**Developer response:** Hello,
could you please contact me at info@fishingfrogs.com ? I can help you to solve this issue.

Best Regards.

### 5/5 — Finally

*2020-07-21, version 2.4*

Finally an app that actually does heart info!!!

### 5/5 — Chose dates does not work

*2019-09-26, version 1.8*

The chose dates option DOES NOT work

This means the app only works from installation date forward and you must refresh the sync daily

Totally stupid computer top off

This is why I NEvER pay for apps I always get ripped off

**Developer response:** Hello, could you please contact us at info@fishingfrog.com and provide us more details about your problem?
Regards

### 5/5 — Possible to save login credentials?

*2019-06-06, version 1.6.9*

Is it possible to save the login credentials so that it doesn’t have to be reentered every time the Fitbit session expires?

**Developer response:** Hello,
you can save your password in the following way:
-Open iOS Setting App
-Password & Accounts
-Website & App Passwords
-Tap on + button on top right
-Put www.fitbit.com as website and then your credentials.
-Go back on FitSync app and now when you tap on email field a key should appear on your keyboard.
-Tap on it and select the website.

Hope that help, best regards.

### 4/5 — Intraday ✅ but needs improvements

*2021-10-11, version 2.9*

Does what it promises but should be clearer on 7-day limit (calendar is clunky and reverts to 2016) and requires you to move the FitSync data above Apple Health. Read other reviews to get the details. Here’s hoping for an auto-sync feature, including the reading all historical data (even if a week at a time).

### 4/5 — Does what it says!! But needs auto sync to be perfect!

*2019-05-22, version 1.6.8*

This is the only app I’ve found that actually imports your intro-day info from Fitbit to Apple’s health app! The only issue is that it can only remind you to do this once a day rather than auto sync on its own.

If it did that, it would easily be a five star app and would be the best such app on the App Store!

**Developer response:** Hello,
thank you foe your feedback!
We are working hard to find a way to add the automatic sync feature, very requested by our user!

Regards

### 3/5 — Syncs intraday heart rate and more

*2021-03-16, version 2.7*

The ONLY app I found that actually does this (I tried many others apps and all failed to do this basic thing). Does need an auto sync in the app, once a day would be fine, you can set up a sync automation in the shortcuts app, and it somewhat works, however: the date range for some reason does not update as days pass, and also it appears to log one out of FitBit quite frequently.

So in short: it can do the sync manually, but the automatic sync needs a lot of work.

### 3/5 — Poor service

*2020-07-26, version 2.4*

Very poor when it is hard to set a password and keep it I wanted to take part in fitting . There is no help.
