Workouts now just flow. Your sessions automatically save and pick up right where you left off, even after restarting the app. No more lost progress. The rest timer is now fully in your control. Turn it off when you want, and it stays off — even when switching exercises. Need to switch things up mid-workout? You can now add exercises anytime using the new dedicated + button, so your training stays flexible and spontaneous. Logging sets is faster and smoother than ever. The keyboard opens automatically, and long-pressing +/- lets you adjust values continuously with ease. Dive deeper into your training with enhanced exercise insights. Open exercise details to see previous sessions, progression graphs for weight, reps, or both, and your personal records. To save time, sets can now auto-fill from your last completed workout. Goals are now rock solid. Weekly goals run Monday to Sunday, and recurring goals reset correctly across daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly periods — just the way you expect. Train smarter.
