The app won’t open for me. I have to go to the internet to sign up for my classes. ### 2/5 — Won’t open *2025-03-18, version 9.1.0* I haven’t been able to get the app to open for over a week now. It doesn’t say it needs any updates. But literally one of the ugliest app in the app store. No social signup, registration actually displays my password, and literally design flaws on every page. I cant believe apple approved of this. My fav yoga studio uses it, so I only sign up for classes using the browser login. Unfortunately, for the past three weeks I have not been able to get this app to open. This happened sporadically before the last few weeks and sometimes I can delete the app and re-download it and it would open again. However, now it refuses to open no matter what I do. Hopefully this issue can be resolved quickly. They asked me to reach out to the fitness admin which I did and through a variety of channels. It’s been over a week and I have yet to hear back. To only realize it was extremely cumbersome, difficult and we couldn’t retrieve any real data. We found FitDEGREE on a comparison website and believe me, I checked as many as there were listed that was within our budget. I finally decided to set up a meeting with Dan and he took me through the entire platform, answering my questions and was so supportive and helpful along the entire way. FitDEGREE had what we were looking for in a booking system. Easy to use on both user and admin ends. Reporting capabilities that allowed us to project and plan. Easy to navigate system to set up. And AMAZING customer service. If you’re a small business owner who takes pride in what you do and want to offer the very beat of what you have to your clients, customers then you’ll understand what I’m saying. And as this pandemic took over and I had the difficult task of closing the studio and go online within 24 hours, FitDEGREE was there for me. Sending emails relevant to the loans, grants applications. Making changes throughout the system to further help us streamline what was a brick and mortar experience to one that is now 100% online. Most small business owners have a little support and some don’t. We fall in that don’t category as we don’t have family in the area nor are we part of the local ‘clique’ so to speak, so personally, to have had the kind of support from Dan and everyone over there at FitDEGREE....wow! I get emotional. Thanks guys! And I forgot to mention......waaaaaaaay more affordable than the other guys! Definitely you’re going to get bang for your buck here! Thanks Dan & FitDEGREE! Since the recent iOS update, I have not been able to add my class to my calendar which is super frustrating. I understand there’s an option to add it to my Google calendar but I don’t like Google interface it’s just extra steps that feel annoying. The app does not respect notification settings. No matter what I have set in the notification settings I still get push notifications for things that have been turned off.
