## What is fitdiv?

FitDiv is a daily habit home workout and diet app that guides users through motion-based exercises (overhead arm raises, seated squats, sit-ups, walking, and marching in place). Users complete reps using device motion sensors, progress through a rank and division system, track daily diet objectives with photo verification, and earn in-app coins. The app includes interactive tutorials, live coaching prompts, pause/resume functionality, and a store for unlockable items.
