## What is Fitdock?

Fitdock records your daily activities and can combine them with smart exercise equipment to automatically track your health progress. On top of recording your heart rate and sleep data, the app also records individual exercise workouts within the app.

The main features:
1. Health data display: Fitdock records data relevant to your physical condition such as steps taken, sleep hours, heart rate, calories burned, while also provides you with professional interpretations over these data.
2. Exercise data analysis: Fitdock is also able to record while you exercise, and will display various data, including a detailed route and various exercise data analysis afterwards.
3. Notifications assistant: Fitdock pushes CALL、SMS and other app notifications to the connected smartwatch, you can mute, answer, or hang up on the connected device while receiving an incoming call.

How do I sync the watch and app?  
I just charged the watch and it still says 27% for the battery. How do I update that?
This is a lot harder than my last watch, which was a Fitbit inspire

It is great for my watch! The only downside I can think of is I have to have my phone on to see the weather on my watch.

Fitdock is a great app overall and works well for tracking my progress. The only downside is that it can be a little slow at times. I also wish the sleep tracking function worked better, as it doesn’t always seem very accurate or reliable. Other than that, it’s easy to use and has been helpful!

I did everything the instructions said to do. I have synced this with the app and for some reason, it likes to jump ahead 30 minutes at a time until it’s hours ahead. This watch has been a pure nightmare for me.
