Now I have to wait until tomorrow until I can do the next workout. I tried to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, but your website did not allow me to access the cancellation option, so I was unable to cancel it myself. As I did not intend to continue my subscription, I kindly ask you to process a full refund and confirm that my subscription has been cancelled so that no further monthly payments will be taken from my account. I have also noticed that many other customers have reported experiencing the same issue, stating that they were unable to cancel their subscriptions before being charged. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it by reporting it to the relevant consumer protection authorities and, if necessary, the police, as I believe these practices may be misleading. When I go to the profile to look for subscription, it does not exist. The reason why I gave it one star is because it would not let me upload my comment without clicking on at least one star. Called tech support and they tried repeatedly to help resolve but nothing worked. I asked for a refund. Was told that they could not help me, but would send communication to the company. He also said that the policy was that I had to keep the account for 2 weeks before a refund would be considered. He cancelled any further billing on the account. Received email from the company asking to send a screenshot. I replied that the only thing on the screen in the app was my username and password. The email also said that the refund would be considered after I had the actor 2 weeks. STAY AWAY! SCAM ### 1/5 — Not worth it.
