Love the nutrition tracking and recovery map. I think I’ve been overtraining because I sometimes hit the muscle groups that are still fatigued on my recovery map but I’ve stopped doing them and it’s helped me get stronger. ### 5/5 — really good app *2026-10-11* use jacob’s exercises ### 1/5 — Trying to force me to buy their stupid membership *2026-10-01* Whenever i made my account it kept trying to make me pay money for their membership to continue which im not gonna do ### 5/5 — Nice *2026-09-26* It’s really worn and it perfectly fits in my time and how to do my workouts ### 5/5 — Beginner *2026-09-07* I love this app! I really appreciate that I can pull all the videos I like from TikTok to it. Plus count calories and get little notes for my workout. ### 1/5 — Good but I have to keep deleting app to get it to work *2026-08-23* What the title says ### 2/5 — Potential app *2026-08-10, version 3.0.22* Great features don’t get me wrong. But why do I have to pay to do ANYTHING on the app??? ### 1/5 — WTH *2026-07-31, version 3.0.14* the premise is cool but a $50/year just to make your own custom workout? i’m a big fan of Jacob but this should have less paywalls ### 5/5 — Amazing *2026-07-26* It gives me my own work out plan no matter what split it’s perfect for me because I’m newer in the gym ### 1/5 — Needs work *2026-07-18* It just needs a lot of optimization. It hard to swap exercises. The menus are buggy and don’t work correctly. ## Frequently asked questions about FitFo ### What is FitFo?
