Track your macros properly, with food you actually eat in South Africa. Free, with no paywall on the parts that matter.

Most calorie counters were built somewhere else. You scan a Woolworths ready meal or a Clover yoghurt and get nothing, or you get an American product with different numbers. FitFoodz is built here, for the food on your shelf.

Your target now knows the difference between lifting and running.

The plan questions ask about weight training and cardio separately, so if you run, cycle or swim, your target is no longer too low.

Progress now compares your target against what actually happened: your weigh-ins and what you logged over the last few weeks. It suggests, you decide.
