## What is FitForGod?

FitForGod helps small, private groups build consistent fitness habits together.

Create or join a private group, start an activity or step challenge with custom dates and weekdays, and check in on scheduled days. Combine movement with faith-centred encouragement, shared progress and a Bible verse.

FEATURES

• Private, invite-only fitness groups
• Activity challenges and daily step goals
• One-tap sharing of today’s phone steps, with manual entry available
• Flexible training and rest-day schedules
• Daily check-ins, weekly milestones, streaks and group progress
• Supportive comebacks after missed days — you stay in the challenge
• Optional group notes, photos and emoji encouragement
• Daily Bible verses and group tasks
• Next-challenge planning, history and completion diplomas
• Optional reminders and step access
• Report and block controls and permanent account deletion

Phone-step access is optional and read-only. Steps stay on your phone unless you explicitly choose to share a daily total with your group. You can update or undo today’s check-in and contact support to remove older content.

FitForGod is free, with no advertising, tracking, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is a habit and community tool, not a medical service.
