FitForm Pro uses AI-powered pose detection to watch your movement in real time — counting reps, measuring joint angles, and flagging form mistakes as they happen. No wearables, no equipment.
Point your phone, pick an exercise, and start moving. The app tracks your joints, counts your reps, and sends your real movement data to Claude AI for personalized coaching tips mid-set.
