Viajo mucho y necesitaba entrenar en cualquier sitio pero no tenia la opcion de entrenar presencialmente con un entrenador. 
La app me ha dado soporte cuando lo he  necesitado y a conseguir progresos. 
Llevo 1 año utilizándola, funciona muy bien

Perfecta para llevar tus entrenos y la alimentación al día. Totalmente recomendable, el equipo muy atento.

con un plan personalizado genérico mensual los planes de comida no eran personalizados con muchos déficits de alimentos, por ejemplo pescado o legumbres. A pesar de que el equipo de atención al cliente modificaba los menús estos seguían siendo deficitarios los vídeos de los entrenamientos están bien pero no todas las indicaciones de cómo ejecutar los ejercicios y la duración de los mismos estaba ajustado. Los calentamientos son genéricos y cada semana era el mismo entrenamiento.
