I love it ### 3/5 — poor UX *2022-07-29, version 2.8.0* The app requires on the first use a million personal information to be provided, up to profession and postal code, without the possibility to do it later or keep it secret. That all is before the user can even evaluate what kind of application it is and whether he is going to use it. Therefore irritation and instant distrust to developers even before the start of use. Keep it up. ### 1/5 — Can’t pick a date using VoiceOver *2022-07-18, version 2.8.0* I’m using the VoiceOver screen reader. When I try to interact with the date picker, it goes back to January and I get an error saying I can’t register for classes in the past. There’s no way to advance the month. Please find a way to reserve a class that is accessible for everyone. ### 2/5 — Beware of multiple late cancellation policies to go to one class! *2022-06-27* My studio has a 2 hour cancellation policy meaning I can cancel up to 2 hours before class without being charged. I booked a class for my studio on fitgrid and cancelled more than 2 hours before class and was still charged for the entire class because Fitgrid has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Customer service was nice but did not credit me due to their policy and not my studio’s. I learned my lesson and will stick with my studio app to buy and book classes from now on. ### 2/5 — Leider keine Registrierung möglich *2022-03-08, version 2.2.1* Egal welches Passwort ich zur Registrierung eingebe, wird mir immer angezeigt das es falsch ist ### 3/5 — Can’t cancel class *2022-03-08, version 2.2.1* App was working great until a couple days ago. I double enter a session and I was unable to delete it. Do not install. No benefit to end user. The sole purpose of the app is for the gym to convert trial members to paid members. The app is built on the premise of finding ways to take your money. It's always about the money. ### 1/5 — Exploitative company *2025-04-27, version 4.5.2* This company rolls out “features” and then doesn’t tell small business they’re being charged extra. Taking advantage of others is horrible ethics ### 1/5 — This app deletes paid class packages *2024-04-03, version 4.5.1* I purchased a 10 class package on this app. I was only able to redeem it for 5 classes before it was completely deleted. This issue prevents me from signing up for more classes, which have already paid. My bank statement shows proof of payment and the class history shows proof that I did not use up all my credits. I attempted to contact the app’s help center and have not received a response. ### 1/5 — Creepy App *2023-10-12* I was sent an email when I signed up for a class that made me believe I need to download and install this App, and I had to register and connect my MindBody account. The Yoga studio didn’t need this App, and this email is more or less phishing in my opinion. It now has access to my MindBody account and when I go to any class anywhere it scrapes the data and collects who else was in the class with me, without their consent. It encourages me to send them invitations to join this creepy data aggregator, which doesn’t do anything useful other than showing you information about people who were with you in the class. The creeps will enjoy that, but if someone wants to make friendships from fitness classes please just just walk up to the people and talk to them. ### 1/5 — A little pushy and invasive *2023-07-24* It might be good for people who want a fitness social media app - as for a simple way to schedule fitness classes, I found it way too invasive, too much personal info requested, too many emails, too many reminders of inviting friends to class with you, etc. You also have to “request” to delete your account rather than being able to simply delete it. It’s been several days since I asked to delete my account and they still haven’t approved it. **Developer response:** Dear Ama Bama,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Best regards,FitGrid ### 1/5 — App Settings Non-existent *2023-06-25* The casual, over-familiar, social attitude of this app bleeds directly into the core user experience, and is worse for it. Notifications are barely modifiable for any function other than friends reserving classes (??), cannot disable goals tracking, the only account setting is…deleting the account, and the feedback option is a thumbs up/down button that doesn’t redirect to App Store (or any quantifiable feedback channel). Additionally, the search function is busted. I can search for a specific gym and find it in the search suggestion list, but selecting that gym does not take me to the gym’s page, and the gym will then not populate in the search results. So, core functionality: also not great. Willing to avoid gyms that prefer this app for scheduling 👎 **Developer response:** Dear crumsley, Thank you for your detailed feedback. They ask for way too much personal information. And then if you want to delete your account/information, they claim it can take 10-45 days; but even after that, I never got confirmation about them deleting it. Absolutely horrible and can only hope they’re not out there selling users’ private information. **Developer response:** Dear User, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We hope to serve you better in the future.Best, Andrew ### 1/5 — Privacy Protection Issues *2022-11-06* I couldn’t get past the opening questions on this app because it doesn’t allow you to opt out of any of them or choose “other” and type in your own response. For example I have more then 3 injuries and some of mine are not listed but the app only lets you choose 3 from a very short list. I also don’t want to share what I do for a living, nor should I have to in the scope of this app, plus I have 2 careers and there’s again not an option for selecting multiple or typing in your own response. I don’t see how their “AI” System will be able to help anyone with such limited choices. Poorly designed and trying to put everyone in a box. ### 1/5 — Very annoying *2022-08-23, version 3.1.0* This app will constantly toggle on notifications that I have toggled off. The only solution is to turn off notifications for the app on your phone’s settings. It’s a terrible CX. I decided not to use it for the Trufusion gym. It also has some security issues. It forces a user inputted login vs using Google or Apple secure oAuth.
