I open the app and it’s always empty. Nothing. No notifications in the app. But the email notifications are constant. Day and night. Best regards, The Fit Group Team ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cancels with NO NOTICE! *2025-11-29* I had several classes through this app that I started off by being a sub then they were offered to me permanently. after adjusting my other jobs schedule, and turning down other classes, I find my app schedule completely blank for December’25?!? They (fit group) have gone completely silent on me and have not answered anything This is a company that used to bombard me with texts and phone calls and wanted me to drop whatever I was doing with just sometimes a 24 hour notice to teach classes for them now all of a sudden they’ve gone silent I find it very weird. I also come to find out, other instructors have experienced the same thing from this company and the facility that I’m teaching at no longer will speak to me either, and I have the highest numbers out of my entire fitness career as far as participants and nothing but positive feedback but yet apparently I’m being let go. It would’ve been nice to at least have a warning when I had a waitlist for classes and other people that wanted to hire me and I had to adjust my other job. **Developer response:** Hi there, Thank you for sharing this, I’m really sorry you experienced this confusion. I have not being able to open notification even dough I get a text regarding class opportunities I can’t see to be able to fix this on my own. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for any frustration you’ve experienced. Our system sends class opportunities to all instructors in the area to ensure classes get filled quickly. This sometimes means classes are taken before you have a chance to view them.
