### 5/5 — Standout Workout Tracker!

*2024-11-08*

As a dedicated gym enthusiast, I’ve tried countless workout tracking apps, but FitHero stands above the rest. The app’s creator is a 10x React Native dev that has clearly poured his expertise into the smooth and user-friendly interface. There’s a massive 400+ exercise database with detailed video demos, and I find myself exploring new routines much like a personal trainer would introduce. The ability to log workouts, track personal records, and visualize my progress makes each gym session feel like a step towards my fitness goal. While FitHero is completely ad-free and without nagging distractions to upgrade, I pay for the premium version which is totally worth it for unlimited routines and supersets.

### 5/5 — Amazing!!

I love the simplicity yet intuitiveness of this application. It’s become a staple in my gym routine and makes staying on top of my workouts a breeze.

### 5/5 — big fan!

*2024-04-08, version 3.13.1*

very useful app for me in the gym, just wondering if you guys have considered an apple watch app? would be super convenient but to be honest my phone is already pretty solid

### 5/5 — My Hero

### 5/5 — Very useful

*2024-01-05*

I use this almost every time i work out and it allows a great way to track progressive overload. It’s great for creating workout routines and tracking progress over time. Very much would recommend.

The new feature they added which allows you to search for routines is a great new addition.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2023-08-16, version 2.18.0*

Great UI, a simple workout app that is more affordable and easy to use compared to others. Would like to be able to see workout progress by total weight.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2023-04-02, version 2.13.1*

I use FitHero on my Samsung phone and I love the app but I would have loved to be able to use it on my iPad but I don’t want to use a shrunk iPhone app. Would a native iPad app be something you would confided making? It would be perfect for viewing charts

### 5/5 — Love!

I love this app! PLEASE PLEASE make it Apple Watch compatible!! ❤️

### 1/5 — You broke it!

*2024-07-31*

The latest update finds my routines, but no history nor can I log lifts!

### 1/5 — Makenit rhe

**Developer response:** Do you need any help?

### 2/5 — Small things that should work don’t

*2026-08-17*

Small things the should work don’t. Like when you re editing an existing workout to add exercise it is at the bottom of you screen and you can scroll down enough to add more exercises. One of many small things that don’t work

**Developer response:** Hello! It goes to the end but if you start logging the exercise, it will move to the proper position. They are sorted as you perform them.

If you need more help, our email is opened.

Thank you!

### 2/5 — Seemingly great, but can’t seem to plan week?

*2025-12-28, version 6.4.0*

I really liked this app to the point where I bought the 12 month subscription. I’m someone who likes to be organised so I started trying to input my routines for the next 4 weeks. For some reason when I set the routine then change days, it does save. Can you actually plan weeks, if so how? Am I doing something wrong?

### 3/5 — Buggy lately

*2025-05-13, version 5.1.0*

Really great app but currently has a big that resets the amount of reps to 8 all the time and no way of reporting bugs

### 4/5 — Perfect but drains battery

*2025-09-18, version 6.1.1*

Absolutely perfect app to track gym progress. Highly recommend the subscription however it really drains the battery and I’m not sure why for such a simple app. I’ve confirmed it’s a high battery use app via the battery menu in settings

### 4/5 — Fantastic App - Please add widgets

*2024-05-10*

Clean interfaced, very easy to use, and customizable. Highly recommend this to anyone who would want to diligently track their workouts. A really great update would be home screen widgets to allow for modifications without going into the app.

### 4/5 — Great for a free fitness app

*2024-02-21, version 3.8.0*

I’ve used this since Jan for my gym tracking and it’s been great. The only feature I would love to be accessible that I’m yet to see, is to link the app to my Apple Health app. I haven’t been able to find anything that shows you can do it, but this would be a great addition as I know many of the other free apps have this feature for free.

Besides that, it’s great!

### 4/5 — Good app

*2023-09-22*

This app works good to track workouts. I wish there was a lifetime purchase option. Also some machine weight stacks, for example the assisted pull up, make the pull lighter. I wish there was an option to add negative weight.

**Developer response:** Hey there! About assisted pull up and negative weights, we are working on it. If there is anything else we can help with, please write us an email. Thank you!

### 4/5 — Awesome app. Love the simplicity.

*2022-10-20*

Only think I wise it had is one time fee rather than yearly/monthly subscription fee.

### 5/5 — My Hero

Thanks, FitHero team, best app to keep track of my regular exercises. Please add the watch App soon.

### 5/5 — Perfect! Been using for over 5 years!

*2025-10-10, version 6.2.0*

Been using this for over 5 years now! Am I one of the OG’s? A very simple approach and to use and does the basics right and not over complicates what everyone wants. Would be 11 out of 10 if it had Applewatch integration by just simply adding sets/reps etc. Is this on the cards?

### 5/5 — Very good app

*2025-09-22, version 6.1.1*

I used this app in the pixel to track my gym progress and been very good. Switched to iPhone and the app developers been very helpful in switching my membership over. Very good support. I used other apps before but this beats them all. Only thing I would want is integration with Apple Health app and Watch

### 5/5 — Probably the best fitness tracking app

*2025-07-30*

Every user is different, of course. If you're looking for a simple and straightforward app to track your fitness progress, this is, in my view, the best one.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-07-10, version 5.9.0*

Been a FitHero user for a few years now and it’s been a game changer for my progress in the gym. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2025-05-12, version 5.1.0*

Fantastic app, have been using it for more than a year and it has everything I need.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!

*2025-02-04*

I’ve had this app for years and I could not be happier with it. It does exactly what you’d want in an app, no fluff, no annoying ads, and a huge library of exercises. I’ve even found exercises they’ve suggested that I never would have thought about. It’s really opened my eyes to what is possible for my particular goals that I’ve got. It’s especially useful if you don’t have a lot of equipment and only a garage gym. It will definitely grow with you as you hit your fitness goals.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2024-12-17, version 4.6.3*

Great design and features

### 5/5 — Simple Good Fitness Tracker

*2024-11-22, version 4.4.0*

I have used this app for a year and it’s definitely worth it, I will continue to use it as I think it is very simple and user friendly and has everything you need to track your progress, one thing I would really like to see is some sort of goals function that allows for weight goals and targets to be created.
