Does not respond to emails. Tried to cancel and all my emails went ignored. He is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest research in training. He was easily accessible and responded promptly to my requests. He also sent videos to provide encouragement and measure progress. He always focused on balance in life. Very kind and caring. He also changed my routine’s regularly so I didn’t get bored and kept my muscles engaged. I lost 40 pounds and built muscle. Everything was fun and not a chore! I would highly recommend him! Super frustrating that towards the end of a workout the app will randomly just refresh and ALL your workout data for that session is gone. I have reported it so many times and it’s still a problem.
